The Diploma is structured as a progression. You begin by learning how to assess the skin and make treatment decisions, then apply that thinking to three advanced treatment categories. The goal is not simply to collect certificates. The goal is to understand which treatment to choose, how to adapt it, how to perform it, and how to build a complete treatment journey for the client.

Day 1 — Professional Skin Care Foundations

The programme begins with the knowledge that should sit behind every advanced treatment.

• Skin anatomy, barrier function and skin renewal
• Acne-prone skin, pigmentation, sensitivity, dehydration, texture and visible signs of ageing
• Professional consultation and structured skin analysis
• Indications, contraindications and realistic treatment goals
• How to decide what should be treated first
• How to create a basic treatment and home-care direction

Practical focus: consultation, skin assessment, treatment planning and professional facial treatment flow.

Day 2 — Advanced HydraFacial / Hydradermabrasion

Move from machine operation to customised treatment planning.

• Hydradermabrasion principles and treatment sequencing
• How to adjust suction, passes and treatment intensity
• Hydration & glow protocols
• Congestion, pores and acne-prone skin protocols
• Pigmentation-prone and rejuvenation-focused treatment concepts
• Professional booster integration using selected Juliette Armand concepts including Chronos, Opsis and Thavma

Practical focus: machine setup, handpiece control, suction management, treatment flow and supervised device practice.

Day 3 — Ameson Chemical Peeling + Advanced Phytopeel

Learn the logic of peel selection rather than following one fixed application sequence.

• Acid type, concentration, pH, contact time and layering
• Professional skin preparation and suitability assessment
• Corrective protocols for acne-prone skin, pigmentation, texture, pores, dullness and ageing concerns
• Application technique and treatment endpoint
• Recovery, aftercare and treatment-series planning
• Advanced Phytopeel positioning within corrective treatment programmes

Practical focus: preparation, controlled application, skin observation, treatment completion and post-treatment planning.

Days 4–5 — Advanced Microneedling

The final practical module develops more advanced treatment decision-making and hands-on technique.

• Needle-depth concepts and zone-specific treatment planning
• Device control, movement patterns, coverage and treatment endpoint
• Rejuvenation, texture, pores, acne-scar-related and pigmentation-prone protocols
• Ameson professional product integration according to treatment objective
• AQ growth-factor-based treatment concepts within professional rejuvenation programmes
• Treatment intervals, progress review, recovery and follow-up

Practical focus: supervised microneedling, device handling, zone adaptation and protocol execution.

The key skill: combining treatment knowledge

Real clients do not arrive labelled “HydraFacial client”, “peel client” or “microneedling client”. They arrive with concerns, expectations, skin history and different levels of tolerance.

Throughout the Diploma, you learn to think beyond a single treatment and ask:

• What is the main concern?
• What should be treated first?
• Does the skin need preparation before an advanced procedure?
• Which treatment is most appropriate at this stage?
• When should the protocol be reduced, delayed or changed?
• What should happen at the next appointment?
• How should home care support the professional plan?

Treatments & protocol thinking

Across the programme you develop treatment approaches for hydration and glow, congestion and enlarged pores, acne-prone skin, pigmentation-prone skin, dullness and texture, visible signs of ageing, rejuvenation and selected acne-scar-related concerns.

The emphasis is on understanding why the protocol changes, not memorising one universal recipe.

Hands-on practice

Practical training is integrated throughout the programme. You perform treatments under supervision and receive correction on technique, treatment flow, device handling, product application and treatment endpoint.

The objective is that you gain experience making treatment decisions while you work—not only watching the trainer perform them.
